ATI free game

do you still get this game for free if you have an ATI graphics card?

I was wondering because im planning on getting a few games and this is one of them but also im planning on getting a new PC and the new pc will have an ATI card.

so i want to know if i have an ATI card do i still get this game for free and is it only on the machine with the card or any machine with steam i can log into?

Yes, both the ATi and NVIDIA offers are still good. The games are attached to your Steam account, and can be used on any machine they'll work on.
