What kind of poker is played?
I read wherever that this game plays Texas Hold 'Em (which is not immediately what I imagine "poker" to be, but whatevz), which is coincidentally similar to Telltale's previous THE* game. I think I knew how to play that game (what little of a game it is, if IRC), and while I won't be buying this game right off unless there are pre-order incentives past a price cut, I would be willing to keep an eye on it if I feel I could actually "play" the thing.

Well Texas hold'em is the most popular poker game out there, you have seen those big tournaments they have for it?
And maybe its not just poker, maybe its got Blackjack to, or even Go Fish or Snap

Ah, didn't know Texas Hold 'Em was the "standard poker" (shows how much I don't know about the game; if it was Palace Night at the Inventory, I'd be all in!). Regardless, decided to pick the game up from Telltale, since I was ordering the Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition anyway (shoulda just held off on buying the games, with the adjusted fifteen dollar price tag lowered the 25%-off's effect, leaving PNatI at a net cost of $1.21).
