Any games like Amnesia without the horror factor?

I absolutely loved the story and puzzle elements. But since I am such a man after a playthrough of EVERY similar horror game, I want an adventure/exploration/puzzle game that is similar, but without the horror aspect, since I have already beaten every single similar horror game!

Help

Look into the adventure genre. It's not as popular as it once was but there are still new games coming out.

Because those games are totally similar to Amnesia, despite being like, plot/atmosphere lacking platformers, whereas this is a plot/atmosphere based adventure [/sarcasm]

I have no useful information, however.

Is Cryostasis similar? (Haven't played it myself) (oh wait but it's mildly scary...)

What about The Void?

I might suggest "Secret Files: Tungusta":
http://store.steampowered.com/app/40330/

And it's on for a fairly decent price too.
It's not first-person (rather it's 3rd person-ish view), but it's a solid point-n-click Adventure style game, fairly good story, interesting areas too explore, puzzles can make you think but not overly difficult. Not a horror-adventure, though there are some suspenseful moments in it. Overall I enjoyed the game and it seems a bit of an un-known little gem so I thought I'd mention it.

I'd suggest some other good survival-horror type games, but as you said you've played them all...

I'm not a big point-and-click gamer, but i have played this one and i agree that it's pretty good if the OP hasn't played it.

the void has booobies. devs have a torrent available of extras (art, video) that go with the game, take a look.

as for similar games without the horror, take a look at the rest of the developers games.

cyrostasis, maybe. It has puzzles but it also has combat. I need to finish it one day.

You will definitely want to try Penumbra Requiem, strange atmosphere, physics based puzzles, no horror.

I would recommend "dreamfall: the longest journey" - I really enjoyed that game. Also the Void reminds me a lot of amnesia so you might want to try that, as previously suggested. For some reason when I played amnesia I was reminded a lot of Braid, but that's a platformer. Has a similar kind of atmosphere and narrative though, I thought, along with Eversion. Also, have you played "The Path"?

I think the Myst series is what you are looking for. Its basically a huge island with a lot of exploration and a LOT of puzzles.
