Seriously, why did they not release this stupid add on as a free DLC for the game?

This game was fun to play for a night, if you didn't look at it too closely.

But 22 dollars and then another 4 for a DLC?

I bought the DLC and it's cool. The scifi tool is too easy to use for playing seriously, but it's good for testing ways of destruction and the bulldozer is an awesome thing, way better for destruction than the wheelloader. The pickaxe is a matter of taste...
I think, the DLC paid off.
