Any fix for 20seconds card?

Anyone know if there are any fixes for the tarot card from the orginal painkiller the card that extends use by 20seconds since it doesnt actually work at all so pretty much forced to use the 10second card :/

You could try this, but I haven't used it so I can't comment on if the fix actually works or how to apply it.
