Ubisoft DRM

So I just checked the store pages for the PoP games and noticed there's no statement of any third party drm for any of the five titles.

Can anyone confirm whether or not it's true that there's no additional drm on these titles? I would greatly appreciate it as it would be the deciding factor in whether or not to rebuy these games on steam (and buy the new one for the first time) at some point.

Side note:
Sad to see that it's confirmed that the Ubisoft DRM ("Online Services Platform") is confirmed to be in HAWX 2 since I would have really liked to buy that, but principles over pleasure I say.

Found this partial answer in the sticky:
Prince of Persia shipped with NO DRM, whatsoever, on the PC retail version. The Steam version only contains Steam specific DRM protection (online activation, same as any other Steam game)

Still wondering about the others, especially the new one ("The Forgotten Sands").

EDIT 2:
According to another thread there is Ubisoft DRM in Forgotten Sands. As there is no statement about this in the Steam store I'm somewhat confused.

The only one with UBI DRM is the newest Forgotten Sands.

Yeah I am waiting to buy this.

I doubt Ubi will ever remove it though :-(
