you guys think it will have a Valve sale soon?

Hey guys well after 2 months of retiring from gaming I decided to return. As you guys know I originally quit gaming cause I figured I was to old 25 years. But I decided to control myself and play it as casual fun. I am no longer a hardcore gamer but I guess its better than retiring permanently right?

Anyways well I am interested in Left 4 Dead series.

I don't wanna spend the cash right now I prefer to wait.

So just wanted to know when does it normally have a epic valve sale? Someone told me it happens before christmas or Christmas.

There have been big (nearly) storewide sales during the holidays for the past few years, so it's probably a safe bet there will be something this year. We don't know any details, though.

It releases for Mac October 5th. When it does there will definitely be a good sale.

Gaming isnt a job. You are never too old to game. Gaming is a past time. For fun. You cant retire from gaming.
However, L4D is getting some DLC soon so maybe a sale there. And TF2 is getting the polycount update, so a sale there too perhaps?

25 is not old, besides.. ive been in a cod clan where the majority were in their 40s or 50s, all with fulltime jobs, most with kids. certainly beats playing with uberleet 12 year olds (im 23 years YOUNG)

wow TF2 is getting a polygon count update? sweeet!!

Yeah I found a nice trick I deleted all my steam friends so no one shall ever bother me again, this way I play when I want and quit when I want. It feels better this way also. Just run in TF2 and play a hour or 2 and I am good for the day. You know like a arcade kinda thing feels great. This way I focus more on real life friends and I spend lass time online cause online gaming is addictive.

But games like TF2 and Left 4 dead series are just to awesome to ever give up gaming.

I don't know studios create games like Crysis and Far Cry 2 but its nothing compared to when Valve makes a game, I only played Far Cry 2 for 5 hours and never bothered again its to boring but TF2 I can play and play and play everyday and never get bored. You just gotta enjoy the artwork that valve does and everything you can while you are alive. Valve seems so apple like, their graphics seem to remind me of Apple even though I dislike Apple cause of their price and stuff I can't deny they have amazing artwork.

I guess life is just to short to quit gaming for a girl simply cause she thinks 25 is to old for a gamer. Screw everybody I'll enjoy what I like I only got one life to live.

Not exactly. It's getting some content from members of a graphics community called Polycount.
