Were happy to announce that our next update, 1.4.2, is going to be rolled out tomorrow!

09-16-2010 End of an Era
APB has been a fantastic journey, but unfortunately that journey has come to a premature end. Today we are sad to announce that despite everyone's best efforts to keep the service running; APB is coming to a close. It's been a pleasure working on APB and with all its players. Together we were building an absolutely amazing game, and for that, we thank you. You guys are awesome!

Why say MMO when APB is the biggest failure in gaming industry by far? Has any movie even flopped this bad?

Hellgate London was a pretty big flop but I have to say this takes the cake.

Hellgate lasted way longer though. Somewhere around two years.

Again I said this takes the cake meaning it's a bigger flop, learn to read. Also about HGL it wasn't even a year including the beta phases (I believe) also the game had a ton of hype and just didn't meet expectations not to mention Flagship's.... ship sunk along with the game.

LOL waste of money how? I didn't buy HGL OR APB but I beta tested them both and seen this coming a mile away.

Next time don't make assumptions.

.

I paid fifty bucks for a pretty picture on Steam's Grid view.

This game turned out to be the ing Battlefield Earth of video games, but at least if I were to waste money on that, I could still watch the DVD.
