German Campaign?

I read on wikipedia, the RUSE Wiki and a few review sites that RUSE contains a German campaign. Which, from what I've read about is either set around Operation Sealion or Von Richter trying to find a spy within his ranks, or both.

I've finished the campaign already so I know that you have the option to play as the German Transition Force, yet, by my own ignorance. I can't find anything around Von Richter.

Wikipedia lied. the spy plot was likely integrated into the american one (Prometheus)
