Star Wars - Empire at War

I have the games I want to add to steam but it says "INVALID PRODUCT KEY CODE"?

I've purchased my games at a retail store, and I've noticed just now that you could redeem your CD/DVD game into steam. However for a strange reason Steam won't let me use my Star Wars CD Key, as of its invalid?

Games:
Star Wars - Empire at War: Forces of Corruption Expansion
Star Wars - Empire at War

Not all games can be added.

Games which cannot be registered through Steam may still be added to your game list for easy access - please see the Adding non-Steam games to My games list topic for more information on this process.
