Copying teammates car setting?

Anyone know how to copy (or if its even possible to) your teammates car settings for the current race? =P

I know the Engineers mentioned that once to me while I was racing, saying my lap times were horrible because my car wasn't setup right. lol

they told me that as well but i ignored it beacuse i was in P1 any way.

Apparently it's a cruel joke or the feature was left out.
