World map with correct starting positions

Is there a way to play on an earth map where the Romans start in Italy, the Japanese start in Japan, the Americans start in America, etc?

Every time I started a game on the "Earth" map the starting positions were random.

nope, not yet. Check the mods section on the civ site though, im certain somebody already has done the work for them
