Steam store search engine stinks
Seriously, try searching for the game 'Prey', can't find it through the search feature. What gives?

It's not available in your region, probably. Try going trough a proxy from your browser.

If in Australia, then it doesn't show up. It doesn't for me. And I even doubt that steam is selling it anymore after they ran out of keys for the game.

They ran out of serial keys ages ago. Buy it retail then add the key to your Steam account.

How the hell can a digital download sell out odd IMO, I would have thought steam would have a keygen for games that needed a key and assign a key to your account when you purchase, obviously it would need to keep track to avoid double's
very odd that they have not purchased more ether.. |

And I bet no one will ever get new keys. The games was not commercially successful and support is more or less dropped.

I don't know about getting new keys, but the game itself was certainly a success. It sold over a million copies and has a sequel in development.
