changing keybinds

Is it possible for a gamepad? I was unable to get the game to recognize the presence of my pad, a Thrustmaster Tacticalboard. Google it, theyre very slick, and are recognized by windows as a keyboard... which is why it makes no sense that MOH doesnt see it.

Anyone else having bind issues?
