error code with the official game

ive just bought the official game

and ive installed it etc.

and when i start the game it keeps rebooting (no real game startup)

and after a while i received an error

Arcania - gothic 4 failed to start (error code 51).

my OS is: W7 64bit
graphic card: Nvidia Geforce 9800GTX+ 512MB
