Multiplayer Version CD Key Issue

If you are having issues launching the Multiplayer version of Medal of Honor, please try the following:

Double-click and download both the Single Player and Multiplayer versions of Medal of Honor within your Steam library. If neither edition is listed in your Steam Games Library, please restart Steam.
Once the downloads are both complete, please launch the Single Player version of the game. Once you have reached the main menu of the Single Player version of the game please click exit.
Once back to your desktop, please launch the Multiplayer version of the game. You should now be able to play Medal of Honor Multiplayer.

If at any time you are prompted for your CD Key, please right click the Single Player version of the game after it has been installed and click "View Game CD Key". You may copy and paste the CD Key from that dialogue. If the "View Game CD Key" option is not available, please Verify Your Game Cache.

Thats works fine and dandy but what if it says the key is already in use?

I did it different, because my MP download was already complete. lol
Start download SP -> Pause -> Click "View Game CD Key" -> Start Multiplayer -> Put it on multiplayer.
Restart the game to use the special edition extras.

ya what daniel_ said; but I didn't even have to pause it. Just start the download and right click it and pick view cd key. playing mp right now with 70% of sp downloaded.

Hodaracy, your problem is solved? I'm having the same problem and contacted support for a further 36 hours and is still open.

Problems not solved, they sent me to EA support and that is taking longer than this did.

i bought the game and can't even play lol

i tried the chat service of EA and the guy on the other end was just... let's say dense.

Same here, i keep getting this and i've tried updating my drivers, starting the single player then the multiplayer...The beta didn't work on steam either, im thinking about trying to get my money back if its possible...
