PROBLEM WITH GOTHIC 4 ??? READ THIS

Please update your soundcard with the latest driver, and in the Speaker Properties, at the Advanced tab make sure you select 16 bit with 44000 Hz.

This is a well-known issue about the game, and hopefully these steps should resolve any issues u may have!!!

this did not helped to me when i installed Gothic 4 Arcania, i just Shut my PC down and turned it on. After that, i launched Gothic and it worked
