Popular Mods?

what mods are popular just returned from a 2 year break and i know mods rise and fall real fast.

I saw some page that actually listed the popularity of all source mods or server stats or something. But i cant seem to find that page again Google has actually failed me

So if anyone knows that page off the top of there head or wants to list off some mods that are still active feel free
