Cant fire hellfire, out of range, but cant move???

Anyone else found this problem in the single player campaign? and found a way to fix it?

Press and hold 4 to lock on, then press 4 to fire.

Hi, I have that same problem, i can destroy firs 3 pickups on the airport but last one on left hand side i cant destroy this car?
