I read on the TF2 Wiki that Robin gave those to that user. I'm not sure why.

The user deleted his earbuds on accident and Robin gave them back to him in vintage form

I think everyone will hunt him down now since this is one of a kind and possibly the rarest thing in tf2? I mean max head and unusuals are rare but this one is one of a kind.
