Should I buy this?

I have been looking for a non-fps game to play recently, and I saw this up on Steam. The trailer made it look FREAKING AWESOME but then I saw the Metacritic score...

I have heard that the game is fun, just lacking. Is it worth the $30?

I'm not sure for $30, I'd say I wouldn't pay more than $20. I really did love the game, it was great fun. The only real issue I had was it felt like the last third of the game was missing. It kind of jumps from an escape defense mission to a final boss fight, with no real explanation how we got there.

This game is horrible don't waste your money look at Metacritic! Try the Demo.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but could you give some specific examples?
Also, many of my favorite games got low Metacritic scores, so I don't usually go by their score.

The mechanics were really bad for the jet pack and that really made it bad for me but please try the demo.

Ignore the haters the game is a lot of fun & easy to pick up & play Metacritic is never an accurate indicator as its based on all the biased/corrupt mainstream reviews who only get advertising if they say a game is great & the publisher is nice to them!

If you like Achievements then buy the GFWL version which is only sold on GFWL marketplace.
