Were can I rent a server for this?

I've searched everywhere on google... I cant find a site that hosts it. If anyone knows any, please link it to me. Thanks!

You can't. Right now it requires a copy of Steam to be running on the box that the server runs on. No GSP is going to rent it out like that. It needs to be added to the HLDSupdatetool in order for GSP's to rent out the servers.
