Is the whole series coming to steam?

I am absoutelly loving BEAT, but after visiting the developers' site I noticed PC is four titles behind!

Are we getting them in foreseeable future? Does it depend on sales of BEAT? Why such a delay, anyway?

It’s planned AFAIK. Let’s hope, Beat does well enough, so it won’t be just a plan.

It certainly looks like they want to get it out. I just hope they patch them so people are able to play them. I would get them if they fit on my monitor :P

let's hope the other portings doesn't suck like this first one, you can't even choose a custom resolution and the game has a lot of compatibility issues.

Yes, according to their twitter.

They've made it sounds like they're committed to getting the whole series on PC and Mac, regardless.

Because they are an extremely small developer (something like half a dozen employees, if I'm not mistaken), working on new games in the Bit.Trip series, other totally new games, and getting the backlog onto other platforms (iPhone, PC, Mac, etc). Furthermore, porting a game to a new platform isn't as easy as pressing a "make PC version" button in their compliler, even for a game as seemingly simple as this one.

Let's hope the 3 guys read a book about software testing before attempting to release the rest of the games on weary Steamers.

But is Gaijin porting it or is it Atrophy Studios who did the port?
