Portal 2 ESRB Rating

Does anyone think they know what the ESRB rating of Portal 2 might be? I'm 15 and therefore my parents set a max of Teen for me. I guess portal 2 will be rated teen but does anyone have a different idea?

Portal was T, and I recall somewhere Valve are shooting for the same rating, if that doesn't happen have an older friend/sibling get it for you and just give them the money for the game.

Well from what we have seen i would say it should get a T rating, but there is sooooo much we haven't seen that could bump it up to M, but i doubt it.

I can't believe the first one got rated M here in Australia, geez we really are a bunch of pussys when it comes to game rating.

Umm...I just looked at your Aussie rating system, looks like over there M is the same thing as T is over here in the US (your PG rating would probably be the same as our E10+ rating and your MA15+ rating would be the same as our M I imagine).

I remember my first M game. Devil May Cry on the PS2, I was 8 or 9 when I played it I think

There is no way its going to be a M (17 right?) but it might be a ??(15) But it will most likely be a T (13 right?)

I think VALVe want this game to be for as much ages as possible. Its a puzzle game. How high do you think they will go?

well theres certainly action and explosions, but i don't see there being any blood.

My first was L4D1. I was 12.

O/T: Portal 2 will most likely be T, since I think Valve knows how many T aged people have played Portal 1 and want Portal 2.

Well, there was blood from being shot by turrets in Portal 2.

The European version of Portal 1 is also with blood when you get shot.

@Lia true that... Portal may have blood on screen from being shot, but not like MW2's blood (on screen). Portal is not graphic in any way
