my card is gts 250 twin frzr

what is your default resolution?

You can edit the resolution manually. Check this file :

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Grotesque-Tactics\Settings
config.xml

edit line 495 Width="1024" Height="768" you can also swítch Fullscreen="true" to Fullscreen"false"
