Post Steam stolen account

so someone managed to log into my account and he figured out my credit card password.
he bought 8 copies of call of duty black ops and gifted them to 8 accounts.
the accounts are theese

removed
and
Striker
Ivar 'bNi'

theese guys bleed me dry since all the copies together costed me 320 pounds.
steam please ban them from their accounts as soon as you can
yes i have made a "ask a question" post but i still got no reply.
i had to block my credit card to make sure they did not get anything else.
but i cant just leave them enjoy the things they stole from me

Tell me How did they get your credit card password and how did they get your steam account details. It seems you gave your account details out to someone.

I think you better contact your bank and contact your local police as this sounds like credit card fraud. And you better contact Steam support and explain everythign to them.

well to tell you the truth...
i have no idea.
i did not give my account details anywhere.
now i do admit that i left the credit card information on the steam but still you need the 3 digit password...
and there is the whole getting my steam password to log into my account...
and yes i have contacted my local police as well as the bank and have filed a report for fraud.
what is annoying is that steam has not answered me and i cant contact them trough a phone or anything...
and those 8 people are playing with my money and act smugly since they message me and say "no you hacked the account".
i really hope steam will ban all 8 of them.
and hey their information is right there anyone can see it...

First call your bank and tell them to freeze your card so you won't lose any more money. Secondly contact Steam support explaining everything, maybe they can revert those transactions.

Do not do a chargeback on your CC unless told by Steam support, as that might get your account disabled.

thanks for the reply.
credit card already blocked and i have filed a report of fraud...
i just want steam to see this issue as fast as possible since 320 pounds is pretty much 3/4 of all of my money.
plus the fact that 8 persons have me on their friend lists and act smugly for stealing from me

You should check all of their friend's lists for a mutual account: this will probably be the guy who hacked you!

You should contact support. For obvious reasons, we don't handle account ownership issues in the forums.
