Red Faction 2 wont start

Hello, i installed RF2 after beating the first one, but when i try to start it up it says, "Please insert Red Faction 2 disc 1 into your cd rom drive." i do not have the cd-rom since i bought this on steam. what do i do?

Well, you could start by reading the sticky at the top of this forum...

In short: It says to empty your disc trays. And yup, reading stickies is a good way to help yourself in future.
