The cheapest I've ever seen this game on Steam was a couple of years ago. It was $9.99 as a halloween sale. Although I do believe that D2D sold it for $5 for a time during their 5th birthday sale.

Honestly, I've been waiting (fruitlessly) for a sale with this in for so long now. Almost tempted to just bite the bullet, but hoping it comes up soon.

It's 50% off on D2D, so maybe we'll get the same deal in the coming days

Although 10€s for a 6 year old game is still too much.

Then again, I think the chances of us seeing this game listed on sale for $5 is about as likely as ALL of us winning the mega-millions lotto on the same day, with the same number.

Ahh Christmas season has passed. Better luck next time eh?

Anyways, at least there's an effort to convert the entire game via mod into Valve's Alien Swarm's Source version. That means you don't have to buy any Valve game to run it since Alien Swarm is free for anybody.

I still think there's so much to this game if it were to be updated. The only thing I see that surpassed the lively facial animation in this is Rockstar's latest L.A. Noire. And that one was motion capture, not procedural.
