Here is a free and reliable source for Flags of the World.

Here is the usage policy:

I've actually been working on the country/state/city list. I've made some progress, but I'm not ready to push the new code (or data) yet. There's lots of other things that are taking priority over this work. The situation I described in my previous posts hasn't changed much: it's on the list of things to do, but the list of things to do is very long.

Hi,

Libya is still called "Libyan Arab Jamahiriya" in the Community system, and it still has the old green flag. I even e-mailed Geonames.org and told them about this and they changed the flag.

Why hasn't it changed on Steam yet?
