Forever in the loading screen

I can't get a single match to work. I tried offline, online, whatever. After the cinematics I'm stuck in the loading screen where I can run around with a character. The game doesnt freeze, it's just it keeps loading and loading. I waited for half an hour once, nothing happened.
Tutorials work though.
Any idea what that could be? I dont want another game I cant play nor bring back to the retailer...

You need Open NAT & certain ports open for GFWL to work as well making sure your firewall lets through LP2 & GFWL client.

This issue is caused by a security setting on your PC & or your ISP locking down your router settings. Its easy to fix though just go over to the GFWL forums as MS have tech support staff on hand to help you via their forums.
