A lot of these threads contain (valid) complaints about being unable to change resolution, which was stuck at 1280x720 and would run as such in a window even if the game was set to display in full-screen mode. I felt that it would be helpful to make a loud statement here to reassure any potential customers that this is no longer the case.
In fact, even before today's patch was released, the developer posted on its blog with an interim solution that simply involved editing a basic configuration file in notepad. This is an exemplary standard of service that deserves to be rewarded. As it stands now, the in-game options menu has new tabs along the top to separate game options from display and social integration submenus. Now that this issue has been resolved, I feel that this is one of the most solid console-to-PC conversions we have seen for quite some time; so please do not be put off by any outdated grievances voiced in the earlier threads. |

Also, let's the hope the rest in the series don't have any of these problems. I'll buy them because the game is so much fun mind you but I'd prefer less technical hiccups. |

Let's hope that, going forward, the games are properly tested before release.
That way you can deliver an "exemplary standard of service" without driving customers mad due to stupid mistakes (and no apparent testing). |
