how do i see my purchases?

its recently come to my attention that the amount i have been paying out the nose for some of my steam purchases

i have only bought games that are on sale

and in the past month i have spent around 10 pounds on said games

but when i get my credit card bill it says i have payed upwards of 70 pounds!

where do i check my purchases?
can i check my purchases?

every purchase made also shows up in your email that's one.
I use paypal so it also shows on my paypal account as well.

problem solved... theyre charging twice for the times i forgot to click 'i agree to terms and services agreement' -_-''
