I might as well add the fact that I too, am experiencing this same exact problem.

Things like this seem so simple for STEAM and other companies to avoid.

I hope there is a fix for this, or someone informs us as to what our mistake(s) is/are.

Yea well adding my name too, along with two of my friends that i gifted the game to yesterday. The funny thing is that another friend of mine, that bought it less than 5 minutes before me got a 4x4 key that worked fine. I guess he pushed the "purchase the game"-button at a crucial time. Hope steam will get it fixed now that the working week is starting up again.

i understand this has happened before in june i think. WTF VALVE!!! learn from your mistakes. I bought 2 copies so my friends could play but no. Steam has terrible service but great discounts. guess you can't have both.

Well, I just hit the time limit for the trial. Now we play the waiting game...

You'd think they'd notice and reply by now.

I also have this serial key issue. Hopefully Steam will fix this as soon as possible.

I think they just underestimated how massively popular this game's sale would be. That's good news, in a way, because it means we'll have more people to play with.
