Where do i enter the CD Key?

I just got this game today for the PC (SF4 PS3 Vet here) and i cant figure out where to enter the CD Key.

It wont let me sign into windows live because it keeps asking me for the CD Key, but i don't know where to put it in, i don't know what to do please help me!

Head to http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-US/ and download their client. It should install their GFWL service, alongside the GFWL interface for the GFWL games like SFIV. Once everything's updated, you should be able to sign up your copy in game.
