Game Crashes but still EXCITED TO PLAY!!!

When I click the program in steam to start it I get appcrash and returned to desktop it never even loads.

I have dual ati 2gb 5970s
windows 7 64
24gb ram ddr5
intel processor something 6 cores


I am very excited to play this game I hear such good things about it. Its also very pretty looking!

Funny though, I think and yet it moves it's also a very minimalistic game, and a good one at that.

anyway, the game works fine for me with win 7 (32bit) and since the update it even works on my pc with win xp sp3 (before the patch the game crashed without a note/msg)

if there is an error message then you should post it here. you should also run dxdiag and should paste the output here as well so that the devs can have a look at your hardware specs and your directx version and if there are problems regarding this.

you could also try to disable crossfire and/or disable a "refreshrate force" if you have one enabled.

I changed the compatibility to XP sp2
still the same problem
soon as I click the exe it crashes never even loads.

I guess this game doesnt work on windows 7

I agree i have my harddrive partioned with windows xp64 and i was able to get nyquest to work on xp64 with no problems.

At this point I think its either a compatiblity issue with windows 7 or its and issue with direct x11. One or the other.

But whats sad is for an indie game this has by far the worst tech support I have ever seen.

So I doubt there will be a fix for this

I finally got this game to work

All i had to do to get nyquest to work was to upgrade from my q6600 with 8 gigs of ram and a gtx 470 to a 2600k with 16 gigs of ram and 2 gtx 470's in sli.

Now it works perfectly fine

Works fine under Win7 64, 4GB RAM and an Nvidia GTX 460 graphics card.

Not a really long game, but fun - the flying/gliding is a nice game mechanic.
