help with steam cloud syncing

so ive been playing mwf2 for some time now and just brought a lap top to play when i work away from home, but i log in today and my lvl is 3 prestige levels below it should be and just wondering why it doesnt give me the steam cloud sync option i have got the box ticked is there a way to delete my profile on lap top and download it from steam cloud?

Pretty much same problem here, I played and completed on my laptop, but just got a major desktop upgrade. Not syncing the single player at all, which sucks.

Even went and got a better score on a special ops so the game would have to update it's cloud save, but that didn't happen.
