I've had this as well, I don't know whats causing it but the time that gets displayed on the clock is always the exact time the game crashes. Before this I had similar crashes which created graphical corruptions but didn't show the timepiece. All crashes happen roughly 20-35 mins after first starting the game up and as you restart the game following the crash they happen sooner and sooner until the game locks up permanantly 100% of the time at the main screen. This only happens in mp although I have experienced crashes in sp they don't happen in the same way as this. I have never once recieved a crash in zombies, ever despite racking up a fair amount of hours on it.

Change multithread to 1 and multigpu to 0 (considering you have a multicore cpu, and single core gpu.
