How will the weekly puzzles work?
The trailer states 'more added weekly'.
I love this idea. It's like waiting for the Sunday edition of the New York Times crossword. It will be fun to go on the forums and discuss how you hated or loved this weeks puzzle. I have never been more excited about a puzzle game (except Portal) Great work, incredible game. Last edited by mriguy: 12-03-2010 at 12:19 PM. |

You already have to join a group to get the "Bonus Levels"

You do "have to" in the full game, at least from what I saw when playing.

You also had to in the demo.
I’d also prefer to be able to just play them … Forcing ppl. to join the group like that, meh … |

Can you join, get the levels, and then leave?
I also do not like being forced to join a group to get content for a game I paid for

Guys, what's the hassle? It's not like joining a group was a problem. Join once, never look at it. Does it really hurt or are you only against the group for the sake of it?
It's not like phishers were that much of a deal. |

Don't see what's the big deal? Just click Join and that's it. Nobody will bother you ever again. Geeez...

The big deal is that you should not have to be forced to join a group just to get levels for a game that you paid for. It's a somewhat sleazy tactic to beef up their group membership and make it look more popular than it is.

How exactly are you making 'it look more popular than it is' when the people that are in the group are those interested in the game. ![]() Secondly The weekly puzzles are a bonus not an entitlement. They are basically free DLC. Having an official group boosts the community and encourages Two Tribes to maybe give us more maps,an editor and maybe map sharing abilities. Hopefully they will allow for users to submit maps for consideration. I already have some good ideas. Last edited by mriguy: 12-05-2010 at 10:52 PM. |

Can you explain a PARTICULAR problem about joining a group? You know, like "It costs money" or "It slows down my system"? A REAL problem. |

I just bought the full game and I am excited to see that the Two Tribes fellas have been active and are planning to release new puzzles every week.
Joining the group is not a hassle at all. It helps attract attention to the game, and since it's so fun I'm happy to help. This is coming from a guy who does not belong to any other Steam groups.Phishers are also not a problem, just don't give your account information (or ignore people you don't know) and don't click on mystery links. |
