Does not Run

When I attempt to run it on my first attempt it popped up, and then black screen for a bit, then a error message appeared, then every time afterwards nothing appears, Then I attempt to run it on another PC it says my Video card does not meet the recomended settings, Run on a lower setting. How do I do that?

Can't help if you don't tell us which game???

Normally to get around this type of issue, find and delete the USER.LTX file for the game. This will remove the saved game settings and revert them back to defaults after deleting this file and then re-launching the game.

Once back in the game, if your video card doesn't support Shader Model 3.0 ~ DO NOT select Full Dynamic Lighting or higher.

How do I reduce game settings if I cant even get in game?!?!

First delete the USER.LTX which will remove any saved settings and after this, launch the game which will re-create this file with all default settings. From here setup your options, like graphics settings and such.

What are your full system specs?
If I know this I can help you to better select settings that will work for your setup.
