Can't start game

I know these forums are dead but may as well post
I bought Stubbs and installed
When I started "stubbs.exe has stopped working"
I reinstalled
"stubbs.exe has stopped working"
Tried running as admin and stuff
"Can't find steam"
Is this game hopelessly broke meaning I wasted my money or am I doing something wrong or is it win 7?

Have you tried placing atioglxx.dll in the game's root folder? You can download the one that worked for me that also works for various Knights of the Old Republic 2 graphical issues (You can probably find it in the Star Wars section of the Steam forums).

Only after adding atioglxx.dll to the same directory Stubbs.exe is that I was able to successfully launch the game. Give it a try, it can't hurt.
