Steam Support on the Weekends?

Does anyone know if steam support is open on the weekends?
If someone had submitted a support ticket friday night and steam hadn't gotten back to them all weekend long, they would probably be very impatient by now. If that person had their account disabled, id imagine they would be pretty ticked not being able to play any of their games during their weekend off.

The normal wait time for a ticket is 3 - 5 days, It's like most business's, they're not open on weekends.

If I have an urgent payment to make with the bank, I'd still have to wait till monday to sort it out.

But it's your own fault if you're late on a payment. I get it though..

Worst. Weekend. Ever.

The Support link is at the top of each forum and store page.

The forums can not help with account issues.

Sticky: Please Do NOT post account-specific problems

Since the Forums are not moderated by Valve Employess on a full-time basis, it is impossible for the moderators to help with these requests. We will be the moving account questions out of the forums. I hope everyone understands that the reason for this is to help resolve account issues as quickly as possible.
Contacting Steam Billing and Support

The response time varies according to the number of open support tickets submitted before yours and the quality of information in your ticket.

If you have more to add, edit the ticket rather than submit a new one as that only slows the process but it does NOT put you back to the end on the line as some people suggest.
