CPU bound?

Ok, I always hear how this game is more cpu bound than gpu bound, and how having a good cpu is key for high fps. Having that in mind I was wondering if overclocking a i5 will fetch me a lot more fps?(2.8 stock).

Your i5 760 will smash through CSS with no problem what so ever even at stock speeds.

Just to give you a rough indicator if you decide to overclock your CPU.I have a i5 750 @3.5GHz pared with a GTX 460 and i get between 240-300 FPS.
Cant remember what i used to get at stock speed but its still around the 220-280 mark.
