Save Files?

So I bought this game with the Humble Indie Bundle. After playing like 5 hours into it, I see that I can get it on steam too. So I do that with my Bundle key. However my save files are no with my Steam version. I copied my non-steam files to my steam files but that didn't fix the problem. How can I get my save file to my steam copy?

See te save game location thread and move/copy the files accordingly.
