Music won't stay at 0?

I keep putting the music to 0, then starting up the game... but about a minute or two in it goes back up and then later it goes back to being mute.

Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem, the music only seems to disappear in the main menu screen, not ingame.

same here, it was never fixed. as soon as you launch from one of the save slots the music resets to to 10 (max level) regardless of what volume you had it at. I even tried setting the System.cfg file that stores the settings (in Documents and Settings\<Your Username>\My Documents\Over the Top Games\NyxQuest) to read-only and the game still overrides the music volume while its running.
