The editor keeps crashing

Every time I go into the level editor, I can't do anything without it crashing... Except for changing the color.

I click track tiles, crash. I click walls, crash. Anything I click makes it crash.

A little window pops up saying "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION". I assumed this to mean I should run it as admin, but doing that didn't help at all.

I still have a long way to go before mastering the game (I just started getting 1st place in easy tournaments), but I just love messing with editors, so I'd be very appreciative if someone could help me make it not crash.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. 4 GB of RAM with an ATI RADEON 4200 HD. If that makes a difference.

Yeah, I have the same problem. I'm running on Windows Vista.

After reading the other thread on the topic, I managed to solve my problem. All I had to do was go into my game folder (Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Laser Racer\Settings), open up the engine.ini (should open in notepad), changed the line "saveloc=0", deleting the 0 and pointing it to a folder.
