"This game is currently unavailable please try again another time" and Missing file

Hi
I got 2 problems, first of all, i cna't run Combined operations, however, if i start OA or Normal ARMA 2 it works just fine.

When trying to run Combined Operations i get this message:
"This game is currently unavailable please try again another time.

the other error i get is in both of the games, in multiplayer, so far i have only been on 1 server that worked for me.
all the other time i get a message syaing that i miss a file, like some ammo box at cheranus or soemthing like that, and something about a humvee.

How can i fix these errors?

for the game unavailable problem

1. try just exit and start STEAM again
2. if that fails try exit and start STEAM via 'run as administrator'
3. if that fails try change in steam Settings > Downloads change Your download region/server and restart STEAM
4. sometimes helps just restarting computer (dont ask me why)

for the other problem it might be related to joining modded server
or to be sure please run file integrity check on both A2 and OA
BUT after that please run ARMA 2 once (
each integrity check removes the path to game from registry
so once starting it writes it back)

I did all that, i still got the same problem, and i do not got this problem with any other game, and i also found out i get the error when it says its unavavible on British Armed Forces.

well
the game unavailable is related to the STEAM master/key servers validation
so if the problem persist and my tips don't help
