Render Device

I accidentally changed this, and now I can't run the game anymore without an error.
Is there any way I can fix this? Possibly wipe the settings or change the render device back somehow? Maybe setting some launch options to do it? :U

There are 2 ways you can fix this. Delete your killingfloor.ini file which will default all settings, or you can edit the file manually to change it to the correct render method.

inside the ini file look for this section.

[Engine.Engine]
RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice
;RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=Engine.NullRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=PixoDrv.PixoRenderDevice

If you notice the semi colon before each line those make the line not used so add one to the broken render device that is not working, and remove the ; from in front of the one you want to use which will either be D3D9 or D3D.

You can locate the .ini file inside your steam folder then > steamapps >common > killingfloor > System thefile is called killingfloor.ini and is usually located immediatly bellow the killingfloor.exe file!

Thanks, man. I just removed the semicolon from RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice and it worked.
