Arma 2 unavailable?

I just bought and installed Arma 2 off of Steam yesterday. I played it once this morning and it worked fine. Then later, when I try to go back on, it says that Arma 2 is currently unavailable and that I should try again at another time. Is this just me?

probably steam overloaded, restart steam client, try change download locations server in settings

Would I need to re-download Arma 2? I tried restarting my steam client but that didn't work.
