Invisible Terrain?

Besides the hordes of other bugs (Crashes, jittering, etc) I'm getting one that is just game ending for me. Nearly every time I load up the game, obstacles and parts of the terrain are invisible. Most of the time it's the saw blades which makes the game impossible, but every once in a while it's the terrain blocks too.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Not me. I guess I am one of the fortunate ones where everything works perfectly.

I've had the game crash a couple times when I alt+tab but that is nothing ground breaking these days.

The first thing that springs to mind would be to use an invisible bike, though you could tone down the detail level (it may be loading too slowly), or bug Team Meat themselves about it via the magic of twitter.

The only other thing I can think of doing would be doing the Vsync thing, though I'm not sure how it'd help.

Now that I think about it, it only started right after it got forced to minimize. I don't really know what forced it, but I'm pretty sure this is the reason for the invisible terrain.

I also realised that it's not just the terrain. Bandage girl and bandages are also invisible.
