What do I have to do to pass the task of the Goblin, standing in the mine before the Green Dragon?

I took his treasures, till he didn't want to give me any more...

The 'Lucky Dip' quest is repeatable.

It means you can redo the quest.
You pay 7000 gold every time you start the quest in exchange for a new chest.

The goblin won't run out of chests.
